Remarketing Process
- Collation of aircraft specification and maintenance status data and photographs to facilitate the presentation of the aircraft.
- Determination of the aircraft’s sale or lease fair market values.
- Preparation of marketing documentation for presentation to targeted prospects, including summary term sheets agreed with the aircraft owner.
- Identification of primary and secondary targets for the aircraft and delivery of a focused marketing campaign.
- Management of negotiations with interested parties, including aircraft inspection and the preliminary drafting of sale or lease agreements in co-operation with owner's counsel.
- Co-ordination of all phases of the campaign leading to the delivery of the aircraft.
